Takapuna Filipino Festival 2026
Takapuna Filipino Festival returns to Waiwharariki Anzac Square with a Flores de Mayo-inspired celebration of Filipino culture. The festival features food and retail markets, live music, cultural performances, and family-friendly activities in a vibrant outdoor community setting.

World of Cultures: Filipino Pancit Festival 2026
Filipino Pancit Festival celebrated the rich culinary traditions of pancit, one of the Philippines’ most beloved comfort foods and symbols of togetherness. The festival highlighted regional noodle dishes, shared food culture, and the stories that connect Filipino communities across generations.

Pasko 2025: A Filipino Christmas Celebration
Pasko 2025 transformed Ellen Melville Centre into a warm and immersive Filipino Christmas celebration featuring storytelling, crafts, music, food, and cultural experiences. The free public event celebrated Filipino holiday traditions while fostering creativity, inclusion, and community connection in central Auckland.

Adobo Festival 2025
Held during the 127th Philippine Independence Day Celebration, Adobo Festival featured regional interpretations of the Philippines’ most iconic dish. The event brought together local cooks and over 500 attendees for a community taste-testing experience celebrating Filipino food heritage.

Parada ng Panghimagas 2025
Parada ng Panghimagas was a Filipino regional dessert festival presented in partnership with Banyuhay Aotearoa during Santacruzan sa Aotearoa 2025. The event celebrated the sweetness and diversity of Filipino desserts through a public tasting experience enjoyed by over 400 attendees.

Lechon Festival 2025
Held as part of Auckland Council’s World of Cultures Festival, Lechon Festival showcased Filipino culinary traditions through a friendly lechon competition featuring local home cooks. The event highlighted Filipino cuisine, creativity, and community, attracting more than 1,000 attendees.

Takapuna Filipino Festival 2025
The first project of the Filipino Cultural Society, Takapuna Filipino Festival celebrated Filipino culture through food, music, performances, and community connection at Waiwharariki Anzac Square. The free public event welcomed more than 4,000 attendees and featured over 25 Filipino food and retail vendors.
