Culture, Community, and Connection

Our work lives in stories, flavours, performances, and shared experiences. These projects are how we celebrate Filipino culture and bring people together across communities in Aotearoa New Zealand.

The Filipino Children’s Library

A growing collection of Filipino books, games, and cultural resources shared with schools and community groups across Auckland. In partnership with Auckland Libraries, we also host storytelling sessions that celebrate Filipino language, culture, and identity.

Filipino Festivals and Markets

From cultural festivals to food-focused events, we create vibrant community experiences that showcase Filipino cuisine, traditions, music, and local businesses throughout Auckland.

Anthology of Filipino Writers

A literary project celebrating the voices and migrant stories of Filipinos in Aotearoa through the anthology Mga Tinig sa Mahabang Puting Ulap (Voices from the Long White Cloud). The collection highlights personal journeys, identity, resilience, and community.

Production Projects

Our developing production initiatives explore Filipino storytelling through theatre, folklore, documentary, and immersive cultural experiences — including Halo-Halloween, a Filipino folklore celebration, and upcoming Filipino food documentaries.
